Bidding Deadline
The Silent Auction closes at 9:00 PM on Saturday, April 12, or 15 minutes after the Live Auction concludes—whichever is later.
Announcements will be made to alert guests of the final countdown.
Winning Bids
Winners will be notified via the platform and may collect items at the checkout table near the exit.
If you’re not present at closing, a Day School representative will contact you the following week.
Payment & Pickup
Payment is required the evening of the event.
All tangible items must be picked up that evening, if present at the Gala. Otherwise, reach out to a member of the External Affairs team at 812.476.3039 the following week.
